Cllr Michael Doherty: on the road again A local newspaper reports that eight vehicles have crashed in one spot of the  Quigley’s Point to Carndonagh road known as Northy’s Corner. Whilst Cllr Michael Doherty was speaking publicly about the accidents another occurred at the same spot. “If this corner doesn’t qualify as a dangerous bend, I don’t know what does,” said Cllr Doherty standing at the corner … in the road … with his back to the oncoming traffic.
